Carly has 13 years’ experience in the industry and 4 of those are with Bradshaw Farnham & Lea. She started as a financial advisor and then went over to the residential side, so she has a wide knowledge of the industry. Working at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea provides her with an opportunity and platform to be herself, while simultaneously helping others and pushing herself to the next level. Her favourite part of the role is that every day presents her with different challenges. She loves delivering high levels of customer service, winning business and helping the clients in finding their dream home.
In her spare time she devotes her time to her two boys. She loves making memories with them by attending music concerts and cheering them on as they play football.
Laura, Sales Manager
Laura's favourite part of the job is working as part of a team to assist in one of the biggest financial and emotional commitments customers will make in their life. Her dream home would be anywhere with ocean views. In her spare time, Laura likes cooking, being outdoors and making sure that wine isn’t poisonous!
One fact a lot of people don’t know about her is that she went to school in Greece.

Holly's favourite part about working at BFL is being able to explore new areas of the Wirral and building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members. She enjoys the variety of tasks and challenges that come with each day. Everyone in the team is supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other out. Her dream home would be a spacious modern farmhouse, with exposed wooden beams. Outside, there would be a beautifully landscaped backyard with plenty of space for entertaining. In her spare time she loves being outdoors on long walks as it’s a great way for her to relax. Spending time with her family is also important to Holly.
Holly grew up in a military household therefore she moved all over UK as well as living in Germany and Cyprus. Moving around so frequently has definitely shaped who she is today. It taught her resilience, adaptability, and the love for exploring new areas.
Stephen, Sales Negotiator
Stephen has worked in the property industry for over a decade. His favourite aspect of the job is selling beautiful homes on the market and winning over clients. Stephen is proud to be a part of Bradshaw Farnham & Lea, he values a company that has strong work ethics and values.
When he's not closing deals, you can find him either painting or playing golf.
